Big brother came to visit us in the hospital. I was thrilled to see him. He was such a good boy staying at our friends' house. By this point I was more than ready to get home to my family.
Harlon is pretty interested in Addie Mae. Unless he's feeling frustrated or just cranky he is very gentle and sweet to his baby sister. Through the fog of sleep deprivation this warms my heart. I can't wait to see the relationship that develops between them.
He really is Daddy's boy these days but I know he misses me. It is hard with Addie Mae on me all the time to give Harlon what I normally can. Once we get through the first 6 weeks or so things will seem better.
As you can see he is generally very happy and sweet about having a baby sister.
He's so funny he really wanted to hold her before he left with Daddy. She wasn't quite sure what to think about that. She is going to love having such a great big brother.

She is SO SO precious, she looks a lot like Jase to me right now! I love how Harlon is so excited about his sister! I wish we could hold her! Love you Guys!
