My little bubba is rarely taking naps anymore. Since it's summer break and school is out I thought it would be fun to do some art projects with Harlon. Pinterest gives me the ideas! Love Pinterest! We have done 2 projects so far. This was the second one and Harlon enjoyed this one the most. We took an artist canvas, taped a crazy pattern with painters tape, then dipped sponges in acrilic paint and went to town. Harlon needed very little guidance with this one. After it dried I peel the tape off and ta da! Art!
This is the first one we did. Hopefully you can tell it is buttons in the shape of a football. I helped a little more with this one. We used a template and traced it onto the canvas then hot glued the buttons on. We are hanging the creations in Harlon's room. FUN!
