I have been SO looking forward to coloring eggs with Harlon. I loved doing this as a kid with my mom and brother. I was thinking back an this is the first year Harlon and I have colored eggs. I think the first year we cheated and used candy filled eggs. Last year was a bust, we went to a egg hunt on base and Harlon didn't even get one egg. It was a total madhouse. We ended up scrambling to get some candy filled eggs and had an egg hunt out where we used to live on the west side.
He was into the whole process. Asking all kinds of questions. A little confused about the double meaning of dying. I think we cleared it up.
I feel so blessed to have this wonderful family. My husband and children are truely God's gifts to me. He has given me much more than I deserve. He is risen indeed! Happy Easter!
