7 Months

Addison Mae, she just keeps getting closer and closer to the big 12 months.  As you can see she is sitting up with confidence on the bench in our living room.  We love this girl to pieces.  She cut her first tooth just a couple weeks ago and the 2nd isn't far behind.  She is still waking at night because (I think) of teething but now she is able to get herself back to sleep without my help.  She still fights sleep just like her brother but she is getting easier.  Addie Mae loves to sit on the floor and play with toys and with her brother.  Harlon has really taken a liking to his little sister.  He plays with and around her so well.  There are only a few times when I have to stop him from being too rough.  I'm SO happy their relationship is developing.  It is pure joy to watch the two of them together.  She would much rather be on the floor with Harlon than in her exersaucer.  Lately everytime I put her in the exersaucer all she does is poop or scream.  Ha!
She really loves to eat!  As you can see she is quite the chunker.  So far Addie Mae has eaten bananas, apples, pears, peaches, sweet potatoes, acorn squash, pumpkin, peas, rice cereal and barley cereal.  She really doesn't care for peas but I can get her to eat them if I mix them with another veggie.  She has even munched on a few cheerios lately.  She has the pincher grasp going on but it hasn't made it to her mouth yet.  She chews that cheerio just fine when I put on in her mouth for her.  We have a walker that we used with Harlon.  I keep it on the back porch and she is starting to move those little legs!  Addie Mae has also started saying "da da da" this week.  Yay!  I love the babbling stage.  I have put her in the church nursery 2 weeks in a row now and she is doing fine.  She was getting pretty tired at the end of the service last week and just starting to fuss as I got there.  She crashed as soon as I put her in the truck.  We have a couple things for the boat soon that we need a sitter for.  I found a girl I think we are really going to like.  We are trying her out tonight while Jase and I go out to celebrate our anniversary.  I pray she does okay.  Harlon will be a champ and probably a good helper too.  I love this photo of her, I with the light was better but the look on her face is so thoughtful and innocent.  I love her!
I caught my sweet babies playing together the other morning.  It melts my heart to watch them together.  Jase tried to catch a shot yesterday with Harlon putting his arm around Addie Mae but he missed it.
