3 Months

Sweet Addie Mae.  She is 3 months old today.  I have been waiting for the 3 month mark to hit.  I don't remember much of Harlon's early days but I do remember that magically things got much much easier.  And so far, TA DA, they are easier with Miss Addison as well.
She is a wonderful sleeper at night.  She usually sleeps anywhere from 4-7 hours, wakes to eat then sleeps 2 or 3 more.  She wakes up smiling and cooing.  I love mornings for the first time in my life.  I think the reason is that I have 2 smiling kids to wake up to.  It's wonderful.
Napping has been a BIG challenge for this little girl but it's getting better.  In the past I have had to work really hard to get her to nap during the day.  She has been a cat napper, UGH!  Addie Mae found her hands this past month and is grasping her toys.  She also found her tongue and likes to stick it out all the time, hilarious.  I remember the same thing with Harlon.  She is making sounds, aaa-gaa, maaaa, baaa, and she is getting really good at blowing raspberries!  She smiles the biggest when we are talking to her.  She is so close to laughing but hasn't gotten it out yet.  I can't wait!
Addie Mae is the sweetest, smiliest little momma's girl!  She has been very partial to me but is now starting to warm up to Daddy as well.  She LOVES her big brother too.  She watches him constantly and smiles and coos for him.  He is pretty sweet with her.  He does do the normal poke in the eye or pop on the head but for the most part he is great.
We don't go to the doctor until 4 months so I don't know her height and weight this time.  She is wearing 3-6 month clothing.  This is her Easter dress.  I love the little yellow accent flowers!
I plan on sending a 3 month photo to family but I want to get one of the 2 kids together first.  I have to catch Harlon first, HA!  I am feeling so blessed these days.  We are moving into Navy housing soon and so far my kids have been wonderful in letting me get a fair amount of packing done.  Let's hope I can keep it up!
