Harlon and I decorated a gingerbread house. I got the greatest kit from Costco this year. The house was already assembled, all we had to do was frosting and candies.
I told him what it was and what we got to do to it (with much excitement) and he was all ready for the fun! He kept chanting "ginger" over and over. He did some decorating until he figured out he could eat the decorations. It was all over with after that. I had to hurry up and decorate it and get rid of the candies.
We had a good time. I love that I am able to stay at home and do all these fun holiday things with him.
I gave him a little piece of the gingerbread cookie tree to eat with some frosting on it. All he did was lick the frosting off and put the cookie on the table. What can I say, he takes after his Momma. He also likes ketchup on his hashbrowns, HA!
