Sleep went okay after I gave him Motrin at 12am. He slept until 7am (that's late for him) and appeared to feel much better. He looked much worse but seemed to feel good.
As he was playing outside on his dumptruck and I drank my coffee with a litte egg nog in it I was enjoying this view of the ocean. Doesn't seem like the holidays, does it? I am enjoying the 80 degree weather and the sunshine. Where we live is out of the way but it is beautiful and cools down just right for sleeping at night.
Feeling better leads to VERY naughty behavior for this little guy. It was a LONG day for Momma. A phone call from Jase who has just pulled into Guam (again) made my day much better. I miss him so bad, I'm glad I am on the downhill slide of this deployment.
I tried to get his red bumpy face in a photo but I don't think I did a very good job. Maybe if you enlarge the pic you can see. I was hoping for improvement but his face was all broken out yesterday. Today looks a little better.
