20 Weeks and 21 Months

I'm already 20 weeks!  That means that we are half way to meeting our girl Addie Mae!  I am feeling great for a pregnant mom in her 30's chasing around a toddler and having no husband around.  Needless to say I am ready for bed at night.  Ha!  I am feeling Addie move every day now.  She seems to be similar to Harlon in that her movements are very obvious and jerky.  It's so fun to feel her, especially when Harlon is sitting on my lap.  The Lord is blessing me with good sleep during this deployment.  Harlon has been a champ in the sleep department.  I go to bed shortly after him and that way I am ready to face another day in the morning.  Most days anyway!  Ha! 

In Harlon news, he is 21 months.  Shortly we will be celebrating 2 years for this busy boy!  I can't believe how fast 2 years has flown by.  I finally took him to get a well baby check-up that was supposed to happen at 18 months.  Oops!  He is healthy as can be and right on track or above for what they expect at this age.  His weight is almost 32 lbs putting him still in the 95th percentile, height is 36 1/2 inches putting him off the chart (that's our boy!).  The doctor asked me what words he is saying.  I couldn't even begin to list them all, we have a very verbal kiddo.  He says most everything I say (I have to be careful) and is starting to put together two word phrases.  He is making conections which just blow my mind.  The other day I was chatting with our neighbor and he asked about Jase.  I told him that he is well and we are ready for him to come home.  That's all I said and Harlon starts repeating over and over the work submarine.  His version sounds more like sumarine but I was amazed that just by me saying that one thing he new we were talking about Daddy.  He is busy, stubborn, sweet, strong willed, and empathetic.  He is in constant motion and struggle.  Just a busy boy and the light of my life.
