It won't last forever...

I can't get enough moments like this one with Harlon. He's so independent he won't let me get away with it very often right now and I know that pretty soon he won't let me at all. I treasure these naps while I can get them!

He looks horribly uncomfortable but he seems to wiggle himself back to this position no matter how much I move him.

Also, he's really into his feet right now. He's about to put his toe in his mouth in this one. Gross!


He's starting to all asleep for naps and bed time on his own with out me rocking him! While I will really miss rocking him he seems to be ready to soothe himself to sleep. He's been fighting me for a month or so so Jase and I figured it was time. He never really cries just whimpers and fights it for a while and finally drifts off. He loves to snuggle with his favorite blanket. He's too big now to wrap up in his baby blankets so we love this one that our dear friend Kathie made for Harlon.
