I had my first appointment with the OB today. She said that everything looks normal. The little one was wiggling like crazy so it was hard to get a picture at first. Baby Wisdom is 2.69 cm long and has a strong heartbeat of 162 bpm. We also got a good look at the spine which looked very straight and healthy. Hearing the heartbeat was amazing! I was also able to see blood pumping through the umbilical cord as well as the heart thumping! I'm relieved to have seen everything on screen to know that there is a baby inside me. Our next appointment is in a month and Jase will be home to go with. This is such a miracle and we feel so blessed.
