We enjoyed a much needed visit from one set of grandparents last week. It was so fun, we kept plenty busy. We visited a local mac nut farm and got to crack our very own mac nuts. They are delicious raw!
That's what they look like. They are actually double shelled. Crazy, I had no idea.
We took a beautiful drive around the island after that and ended up at Kona Brewing. YUM!
NOSE! Addie Mae is into pointing out all your body parts lately. She is full of it!
We walked to get ice cream after dinner. Here is my girl with her men! So cute.
We went to the beach a couple times. I spent my time in the water so I didn't get any pics. We went to Sea Life Park another day. It's a great park, like a mini Sea World. We all enjoyed it. Especially the kids. We saw a dolphin show, fed sea turtles and saw a penguin, sea lion show also.
Jase took a long weekend but had to work the rest of the week. Harlon had school too, he was pretty excited to show Nanny his school. We ended our week at the Dole Plantation with a train ride, goofy photos and pineapple ice cream!
We were all sad to see Pa Pa and Nanny go home. We really needed a family fix!
