My college flute professor has family on the island. She called us to meet up for dinner. It was so great to see her and we had a wonderful time catching up and having them meet the kids.
We had some local made ice cream after dinner then let the kids burn off some energy after being total angels at dinner. I'm pretty sure Addie Mae ended up picking the flower bud and trying to eat it.
This was the coolest bench. The back was made out of old wagon wheels. The" littles" are pretty cool too!
This makes me tear up.
Happy to be running around jumping in even the smallest rain puddle. It's the small things that count.
Seeing my flute teacher makes me miss performing with my flute. For now I am happy and content practing to keep my chops up and raising my babies. There will come a day soon enough when I can perform again. I wouldn't want to miss a moment with these two.
