Scouting out beaches

 Jase was home for a little bit over the holiday so we took a day to spend at the beach.

 We both want to stand up paddle board while we are here so we were looking for nice calm beaches to learn (for me anyway).  Also, Jase wants to put Harlon on the nose of his board.  Another reason to find calm spots.  This one was perfect. 

 We took the suggestion of a neighbor and found this beach in Waikiki. 

 This little girl may look like her Dad but she is kin to me for sure!  When we first put her in the water she fusses and complains and then "oh wait!  I'm having fun!"  Much like me I am embarrased to say.  There is a reason my dad called me "wimpy" growing up.  Ha!
