Homemade

I've had the bug to make things lately.  I recently canned Strawberry Raspberry jam.  It turned out SO yummy, I am looking forward to buying a water canner and doing more canning.  I made some fresh roasted salsa lately that we served at a BBQ and froze for later.  It turned out very good.  First I roasted all the veggies and garlic.  This is 9 jalapenos, it has a good amout of heat.  Next time I will probaby cut back by 3 jalepenos. 
 After everything was roasted I pulsed it in my food processor, added a bunch of lime juice and cilantro. 
 Here is the finished product.  I really like this recipe.  I think I will figure out how to can it.
