Who showed up on our door step last week but Bopa and Nanny! I feel like they came to my resuce as I am feeling VERY pregnant these days, got food poisoning while they were here, and am seriously counting the days until deployment is over. Harlon has such a great time with his grandparents last week.
He was very well behaved. I think new faces were just what he needed. It's safe to say that he gets a little sick of Momma all the time.
He loved Nanny showing him all the ornaments hung up high on our tree. I told Jase that he really needs to come hom and give this kid some masculine influence as he points out the lights on the tree and says "pretty" and "beautiful." ;)
Harlon was all about "helping" Bopa hold tools while he worked on the deck. It was pretty cute. I don't think he was too much in the way. Ha!
Sneaking in a chance to "fix it."
It was such a blessing to have my parents around for a week. I couldn't have taken care of Harlon with nasty food poisoning without them. Also, the company was beyond comforting. We did manage to get to the north shore for some beach time as well.
