Rock Chalk Jayhawk!

Kansas!?  What?!  Harlon was sporting his Kansas shirt from our dear friend Christine and family today.  Looking cute as ever.  You can't deny it even if you aren't his mom!

 I love my little boy!  He's almost 2 years old, full of energy, imagination, empathy, love, smiles and squeals. He is always thinking and talking.  He doesn't miss a thing.  He has a hilarious habit of parroting what I say but he understands and responds to most everything. 

 While I DO NOT like them, his temper tantrums are starting to make sense to me.  He has a lot going on in that little head and a lot in life that is just barely out of his grasp.  That would make me throw tantrums as well I guess. 

I love the baby he just grew out of and the little boy he is growing into.  And I love the happy screams and squeals and the crazy jumping, running, spinning around that he does when he's having a good time.  His personality is just the best!  He has a mischievous sparkle in his eye and I wouldn't have it any other way.
