Delish!

I learned about this cookbook a couple years ago from my good friend Millie (who I SO wish we were closer to).  When Harlon started eating real food I bought the book.  The author is Jessica Seinfeld.  Now that he is eating the same food that Jase and I eat I've started cooking out of it.  My good friend Lori (who I don't have to wish I was closer to because we are in the same state for the first time in a long time) and I have been having fun experimenting with our picky toddlers.  The whole premise of this book is to sneek veggies into your families food using vegetable purees.  It's genius and her recpies so far are great!  I am VERY slow at stocking up on my purees but I love the way her recipes taste.
This is one that Jase, Harlon and I love and I've made it a couple times now.  It is a version of Mac and Cheese using white bean puree.  Basically the rue is white bean and milk instead of all the flour and butter.  I add diced up ham to her recipe because if you know my hubby you know that he can't do without meat.  I have to give him credit for trying so much fish since we've been out here though.  And if you know me you know that makes me one happy girl since I LOVE fish and seafood!
This is the finished product.  Don't y'all just want to dive in there?!  HA!
And that, my friends is how I made dinner tonight!
