We are Texas landowners!

We took the plunge and purchased the land for our "forever home" in Texas. We have been wanting to do this for a while now and finally had a chance while visiting family on our way to Hawaii. We'd been looking online and working with a realtor over email for a couple months. We didn't buy the lot we were looking at online but found an even better one in the same community. It's 7.5 acres in Spring Branch in between Austin and San Antonio. We love both cities so this will be perfect for us. Our land backs a 20 acre ranch so we won't be bothered with a bunch of development around us. Yahoo! I finally feel like we have roots somewhere.
