Random stuff around the house...

Harlon is dressed for the day in his Seahawks gear from great Nanny and Bop. He slept 6.5 hours the night before! Woo Hoo!!!

Sometimes after Jase leaves for work Harlon and I catch a few more winks.

Harlon is a great workout partner.

Here he is helping Jase do ab work after a run. We've started running as a family when Jase gets home early enough. Jase pushes Harlon in the jogging stoller and I run with Buddy. I feel like I'm running with an elephant with this baby weight and Buddy is as out of shape as me so it works out great. Jase and Harlon run ahead and then we meet up at the end. We're quite the crew!
