Be My Valentine

Jase made a wonderful Valentine dinner for me. Since we couldn't go out we ate in. I love it when he cooks for me anyway. It was the best Valentine's Day ever, both my boys, a delicious dinner and a relaxing night at home. I'm also sporting my new diamond earrings (a big tax return...half the year in Iraq has some perks).

For dessert we had red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting.

We had grilled salmon with lime butter and whole grain pasta with chick peas and escarole.
